Welcome to DPS's Failure to Appear / Failure to Pay Program
This site contains information on violators who have been reported by Texas cities and counties in accordance with Chapter 706 of the Texas Transportation Code. If you have been reported to the program, you will not be able to renew your Texas driver license until the reported violation is resolved with the reporting court.
In order to access your information, you will need your Texas driver license number and your date of birth. Entry of your license number and date of birth will give you a listing of the reporting court as well as the docket number and other information on the offense. Scrolling over the court name will give you the mailing address and phone number for the court. You will need to contact the court to resolve the Offense. If you have been reported by more than one court, you will have to contact each court. Search.
