The "Check DL Hold Status" tool provides information to Texas Driver's License holders that have unresolved offenses in a County or Municipal court jurisdiction.
Please use your Driver's License number and Date of Birth to view your FTA record, including docket and offense information. To resolve your outstanding offenses, please contact the court directly. If you have multiple offenses listed against your record, please contact each court that has reported your outstanding offenses.

The information provided on this website is obtained from the Texas Department of Public Safety Failure to Appear/Failure to Pay Program and reflects only certain traffic-related offenses reported by Texas courts.
This is NOT an official criminal background check, driving record (MVR), or employment screening report.
It is prohibited to use this information for employment screening, hiring decisions, tenant screening, credit decisions, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or similar laws.
Employers requiring driver license or criminal history information for employment or licensing purposes must obtain such records through authorized channels.
